A highly sought after prophet, preacher, and singer, Pastor Lillian Owens seeks to help facilitate transformation in the lives of others. Drawing from her extensive experience in education, ministry, music, as well as being a wife and mother, she lifts up Christ to uplift the lives of the people she encounters.
As an accomplished, classically trained vocalist and gospel singer, Pastor Lillian has graced the stage with numerous nationally known gospel artists. She has had the opportunity to sing across the nation as well as internationally. Her gift, in the terms of scripture, has truly made room for her and brought her before great people.

Pastor Owens holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the prestigious Alabama A&M University and a Master’s Degree in Divinity from the Gammon Theological Seminary on the campus of the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The ITC is world-renowned for its work in finding faith-based solutions to the challenges confronting the African American community. Pastor Lillian is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA. Pastor Owens is a proud member of the illustrious Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated as well as the NAACP. She is the owner of Adorned Chic, an online boutique for fashion-forward and leading ladies. She is currently working on her first book which will be published in the winter of 2024.

Pastor Lillian and her husband are the senior leaders of the Transformation Church, the most powerful place in the East Atlanta metro area, where they love people through the process of transforming the minds and hearts so they can transform the communities around them. They believe in a holistic approach to ministry emphasize that spirituality has an effect on every aspect of the human experience. They care and people matter. God has blessed them to experience steady and healthy growth.
Pastor Lillian has the unique attribute of serving as senior pastor that is both female and a millennial. She has been blessed with the opportunity to serve in congregations that were over one hundred years old as well as being a church planter. She has been featured in numerous conferences around the country. She has unique insight for millennial female pastors and has a passion for the voice of the prophet.
Pastor Lillian’s life passions include ministry, music and especially family. She is the proud wife of Pastor E. Chip Owens, her life and ministry partner. Pastors Chip and Lillian are the proud parents of two amazing young men and one brilliant young lady.
